1. Service Description
Voucher.Social provides authenticated operator tools for voucher inventory management, issuance, revocation, and campaign delivery workflows.
2. Authorized Use
You must:
- Use only accounts assigned to you.
- Protect credentials and session tokens.
- Use the service only for approved operational purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access or role escalation.
- Use the service to distribute unlawful or abusive content.
- Interfere with service availability or integrity.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Account owners are responsible for actions performed with their credentials.
- Administrators may suspend users for policy or security violations.
4. Data and Privacy
Use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Communications and Campaign Content
- The default and approved use case is transactional voucher delivery and related operational notices.
- Any promotional or marketing campaign usage requires prior Legal/Compliance approval.
- Operators must use permission-based recipient lists and honor unsubscribe requests through suppression workflows.
- Prohibited campaign content includes unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or discriminatory material.
6. Service Availability
- Service may be interrupted for maintenance, incident response, or third-party outages.
- No guaranteed uptime is provided unless explicitly documented in a separate SLA.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, operators and maintainers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Policy Changes
Material changes will include a version/date update and Legal/Compliance approval.
